At TELUS in Germany, I managed operational delivery for an enterprise-scale AI evaluation program — coordinating a cross-functional team of 25–30 specialists across prompt engineering, evaluation, and language operations spanning 4 languages and cultures. Served as the primary liaison between senior stakeholders and the operations team — ensuring alignment on quality standards, policy updates, and compliance frameworks across a multicultural delivery environment.

As an AI Product Manager at Cloud Medley, I led end-to-end delivery of AI-driven products across financial services, healthcare, and enterprise domains, from problem framing and stakeholder alignment to deployment and post-launch improvement. Consistently involved in client problem framing, KPI definition, trade-off evaluation, and solution alignment across multiple AI and enterprise product initiatives.

Joined as an Android Engineer and evolved into leading a team of 5–10 developers, taking ownership of product decisions, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end delivery across two mission-critical financial products. Microfinance Automation System & Automated Loan Default Calling System — These products reinforced a principle I carry forward: the best solutions come from deeply understanding the operational reality of the people using them.

Started my career building Android applications, gaining hands-on exposure to the full software development lifecycle, from requirement understanding and UI/UX implementation to testing and deployment. This role established my core understanding of how user-facing products are built, how design decisions affect usability, and how technical choices create real constraints for product teams. It was the foundation that shaped my product thinking from day one.
