Continuous Improvement Project: • ERP Enhancements • Process Value Mapping • Supplier Relationship Management. • Waste Management • Merge 3 departments increasing efficiency and output by 200%. • New Supply Chain Strategy that reduces headcount by 50% and yet increases output by 100%.

Managing and leading the centralized logistics and procurement departments, including improving processes, reducing costs and maximizing vendor collaborations. Lead the Supply Chain Improvement and Transformation Project. • AED 10 Million savings per annum for inter GCC imports and exports. • Outsourcing of the local deliveries division, achieving approx. AED 200K per month. • Reduction in staff of logistics and establishing improved processes that increased efficiency with a lower headcount.
