Compiling and managing the ECR/e-Ro/IPS orders. Lead on a Cost saving BMW radiator project. Project involves reduction in scrap rate and introducing poke yokes for smoother functioning in the plant. Organized and successfully completed one of the assembly of an entire BMW ECM for a vibration test. One of the biggest validation tests in the company. Conducting tests and providing suitable solutions for many part failures during Prototyping and production and testing.

Compiled weekly ECR/NCN reports Assisted in creating EDM roles in the system and also updating the Master in the company. Built the GTA Master report. This is a tool that helps the team leaders in different projects keep track of their assignments as it goes down the SAP workflow. Monitored and set-up department manuals in the Behr-Net. Also Set up Pamphlets and Instruction manuals for clients and in-house engineers.
