Coordinated the RMBS fundraising process from mandate to settlement. Responsible for around 25% ($1-$1.5 Bil) of the bank’s annual funding target. Undertake capital market transactions, preparation of investor packs, liaising with rating agencies, working with dealers and JMS to address any deal related queries, and working with lawyers in structuring program docs. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investment banks, investors, warehouse providers and rating agencies.

Manage the operational responsibilities of Finance and Treasury during the launch of a RMBS deal. Manage the operational aspects of the creation of a wholesale banking facility, deal structure, legal covenants, funding eligibility criteria. Execution of trust management functions for securitisation trusts and liaising with external trustees to oversee the monthly distribution of funds to investors. Maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
