As Growth Marketing Lead, I lead a team of five, structured into two micro-teams: eCommerce and Performance Marketing. We manage the full growth stack, including eCommerce operations (incl. CRO and A/B testing), Paid Social & Paid Search, SEO & Affiliate Marketing, and Tracking & Frontend Development.

-Led two teams (Marketing and Business Development) for the Irish market, achieving strong growth and profitability results -Ran a marketing cost reduction project by analyzing the incrementality of each channel, helping reduce spend efficiently -Led a product portfolio update and introduced a new pricing strategy to improve performance - Developed the strategy for new market launches in the GCC region ( UAE ; SA )

-Built and led a team of 5 performance and engagement marketeers. -My role additionally consisted of setting a strategic market direction, & supporting in hiring & shaping the CH team and supporting teams.

As a part of the global performance marketing team, I managed and steered SEA, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing Campaigns. Additionally, I took the lead on an SEO project in an effort to strengthen our organic presence.

- Scaled Affiliate Marketing achieving over 100% quarterly YOY Growth - Successfully led and supervised external partners such as an SEO agency and a Print agency - Proactively developed new business partnerships to drive new sources of revenue - Launched, tracked, and optimized multiple marketing campaigns

My internship coincided with the company's biggest yearly event: Red Bull Cliff Diving. Ahead of the event, I successfully: - Oversaw the organization of press conferences and other media activities - Developed debriefing reports - Aligned external stakeholders such as the media and key participants - Authored and published press releases and website content
