Customer/end-user service, communication to the software administration, analysis of user data, analysis of and solving user problems, providing training documentation as well as giving end-user trainings virtually. Support of the implementation of a new automatization that connected the Cloud software with an on-premise program. In parallel: writing my thesis about the “employment of a cloud software in SMEs”.

Administration, organization and assistance of the project as well as support of the International Project Management studies including the preparation of presentations for the professor. Evaluation of interviews, executing qualitative research, research and presentation on topic of sustainability.
