Project planning, oversight, and management of entertainment and business corporate events. Direct pre-event operations, including venue selection; budget creation and forecasting; contract negotiation; event staffing and communication; set design creation; travel coordination, on-site services. Partner with contractors (multimedia team, designers, decoration team, technical services, performance teams, catering companies, and venues), personnel, stage management, and crew; monitor scheduled tasks.

Planning, preparation, and coordination of Live Sites Sochi 2014 project (fan-zones with staging, sound, and video equipment, organized in cities of Russia, broadcasting of London 2012 Olympic games): • Planning and supervision of entertainment program on Live Sites, ensuring proper and scheduled task management • Cooperation with relevant departments in governments of participating cities, of all working groups, supervising events at flagship Live Site in city of Sochi

• Searching for new participants for trade shows, developing, and enhancing relationships. • Negotiating, carrying out presentations, selling exhibition spaces, and sponsorship packages. • Preparation of promo emails, advertisement layouts, news releases, etc. • Planning, producing seminars and conferences within frames of exhibition business program. • Planning, producing of competition among industry professionals. • Planning, producing competition’s award ceremony.

Sales and account management for foreign company clients: • Managing and updating client database, incoming orders processing. • Invoicing, finance documentation maintenance. • Customs and transport documentation maintenance. • Technical support for clients.
