I am responsible for Yandex Market product for partners. - prioritize product roadmap and manage team of software engineers; - work with support team and analyze customers feedback to develop new features; - help with resolving issues, communication beet wen teams. I also have leaded Yandex Market projects - work with product requirements and creating scope of the project; - keep track of releases schedule; - coordinate work of several engineer teams, QA engineers and technical writers.

Launching projects from scratch - participation in solving problems related to the load and availability of projects; - establishing QA process - develop monetization model, KPIs system; Project management for academic writing projects: - Key KPIs analyzing and increasing: conversion, revenue, RPO,retention rate etc.; - split-tests launching and analyzing; - market and competitors analysis, researching customers needs, customers segmentation; - coordinate marketing and SMM team.

Support existing projects and launch new; - optimization system architecture to quick run of new projects (CMS system implementation, migration to MVC architecture); - team management (5 persons); - work with web-analytics (Google Analytics, Piwik); - business processes and project documentation development; - usability analysis and testing.
