Managing project budgets and resources efficiently to maximize value and minimize costs while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Functioned as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, ranging from clients to vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment. Preparing, analysing & controlling the project budget, schedule, scope. Preparation of various project status reports for internal management as well as for client. Serving as a liaison between the Execution team and Digital Transformation team for implementation of new processes for improvement of efficiency.
