Work with the deal/risk managers for credit/risk analysis of the new investments. Closely monitor the investment performance on several credit/risk factors and identify any risky points along with mitigation. Manage/monitor the investment throughout the investment lifecycle such as evaluating the drawdowns, distribution, rebates, mangt. fees, interest & dividends incomes from different investments for maximizing the returns/profit Produce legal, KYC & compliance documentation of the newly approved funds.

Met the challenge by building and heading up a credit portfolio from Pkr 128 Mln to Pkr for Pkr 9 Bln of funded exposure and from Pkr 526 Mln to Pkr 20 Bln of non-funded trade business in 2017-18. Responsible for marketing new clients; negotiating credit limits, collateral & pricing, structuring credit limits, asset/risk management and arranging approvals. Additional expertise in complex credit transactions, syndication and asset-based financing.

Effectively managed a trade financing portfolio for Pkr 47 Bln of a hub with a team of 3 members. Enhanced the portfolio by Pkr 47 Bln and non-funded income Pkr 88 Mln during the five years from 2010 – 2015. Led marketing & dealing with existing/potential Corporate/Comm./SME clients which quadrupled the trade portfolio. Responsible for executing the end-to-end import, export and forward transactions. Expertly handled correspondence with trade/treasury of local/foreign banks through SWIFT.
