Main responsibilities -Responsibility over 30 employees -Departments: Customer Care, Credit management, Demand Planning, Purchase & Copacking -Budget responsibility for all Divisions (Mass Market, ACD, PPD and Luxus) -Meeting the targets pursuant our KPI for all divisions: Budget control, customer service levels, forecast quality, service grades, catalogue management. -Representation and Securing the interests of L’Oréal Austria within the HUB and the Zone.

Main responsibilities -Responsibility over 14 employees -Supply & Demand Planning, Portfolio, Copacking & Product Masterdata -Replenishment from over 8 Factories in Europe -Meeting the targets pursuant our KPI: Stock level, service rate and forecast quality, catalogue management Projects: -Reorganisation of the supply chain structure through centralised management Lead of the projects “Direct flow” and “Atlas”, Pilot project for Kiss Integration of the Austrian logistics in the HUB
