Responsible with monitoring and optimization of operational kpi's across 2 divisions. Internally coordinator for six sigma local team for both divisions. Responsible with identifying potential cost saving projects for six sigma and lean manufacturing, main focus on productivity, scrap and breakdowns. Tracking progress for lean and six sigma projects on a weekly basis. Cost savings from my own improvements projects in first half of the year more than 100 k euro.

Responsible with process relocations and startup of several production lines from Germany to a new factory in Romania. I've lead several workshops having the goal of improving productivity for customers as Audi and VW +10%, Volvo Truck +30% and BMW +20%, SEW +30 % , VW&Audi Gensler +26% outputs using Lean optimization methodology, A3 summary reports and VSM's.

Interventions on plasma and silicon dispensing machine,injection molding, pcb lasers, plastic&metal welding lasers (uma&oil switch), semi-automatic assembying machines, aiming zero defects, preventing and minimizing breakdowns. Involved in DMAIC project - Reduction of failures at UMA line. Target 10% accomplished. Capability analysis for equipments ussing Minitab16 software.

Main achievements : - improve efficiency of directs with 20% through continuous optimization and stabilization of processes across the VSM. - OTD from 74% to 96% - implementation of lean manufacturing in harnesses sector by ussing peculiar tools like vsm, standardization, level loading and pull work sequence. - for h.r. - reduction of scrap value in crimping presses with apx. 25% - roll out workcells by successfully implementing S.S. and G.P.Stabilization - wip reduction 27%
