Led plant quality operation (120 employees).  Ensured ISO certification & Incoming quality control.  Owned Suppliers’ issues corrective actions.  Guaranteed Ford Customer Product Audit & product quality acceptance line.  Achievement: Warranty improvement and achieved 11% reduction yearly Customer satisfaction TGW improvement by 7%

Controlled product engineering changes (20 employees).  Driven product design changes based on internal and external quality indicators.  Acted as champion of variability reduction team (VRT 15 heads). External/Internal quality indicators’ control and continuous improvement.  Achieved warranty improvement by 8% yearly and warranty cost reduction.

 Lead project of outsourcing within 8 months a Just-in-Time warehouse (22 000 sqm) and transferred the logistics to the external supplier. Managed budget of annual $13 mil.

 Managed the project of new model SKD assembly launch (production, quality, engineering, construction, finance, IT, logistic, purchasing) (16 employees).
