Project Portfolio Management - Oversee the portfolio of projects and identify resource constraints, cross-dependencies, risks & issues - Support all aspects of project delivery from discovery through delivery implementation - Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget - Maintain and publish lessons learned after each project - Directly support one or two projects in the portfolio - Resource modeling – Effectively manage and report on resource utilization and availability
