I have worked in all areas of product development including research, planning, development, stakeholder engagements etc. Primarily, I have developed the following: • A Commercial SLA Platform for monitoring customer negotiated SLA’s within Ericsson Networking Products. • Blockchain based infrastructures and applications for Telco use cases e.g., Roaming Settlement, Contract Negotiation. • AI Chatbot for automating Customer Service for Telco Operators; presented at Mobile World Congress (MWC), 2017.

I have worked as a team Lead responsible for project executions, customer interactions, software design, development & research, providing technical leadership and guiding team development efforts towards successful project delivery. I have designed & developed Backend‑as‑Service (BaaS) for online games; providing out‑of‑the‑box integratable services like Storage, Leaderboards, Matchmaking, User Management, Messaging, Purchases, Analytics etc. I have also developed backend servers for multiple MMO games.

Developed a social media aggregation platform for a startup - InTheChat Inc., based out of Canada. InTheChat consists of several portals and the enterprise overall can give detailed analysis to a company's reputation over the social media along with the ability to engage directly with potential customers. Main technologies have been: Java, Spring, Ruby on Rails, NoSQL DBMS, R. The startup proved to be a success having leading Canadian Banks and Telecom companies as clients.

As a Programme Officer / Software Engineer, I worked on improving the IT Infrastructure in public sector departments. My key project has been the development of a crime analysis platform developed in collaboration with Police Department using Lucene and Data-Mining techniques.
