* Led cross-functional Project management activities for EV Battery Remanufacturing operations, ensuring alignment between the Suppliers, Mobis Headquarter and regional stakeholders. * Coordinated task force activities to resolve critical operational issues, driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions across multiple regions. * Oversaw end-to-end Project execution, including planning, risk management, KPI tracking, and reporting to senior management.

* Tier-N Management – Communicating and guiding according to the customer and internal management requirements along with 69 external suppliers. * Managing Engineering Change requests from the OEM together with Tier-Ns in terms of Development Tracking, PPAP Status, First Pick-Up Availability, etc. and conveying to the production plant in order to sustain smooth operation and avoid any scrap or shortage.

* Checking and taking necessary actions of 4M Capacity for BMW & Mercedes OEM projects. * Validating & Following Customers Volume Demand and conveying to the related production plants to make sure there is no bottleneck in terms of 4M; in case there are any, taking necessary actions. * Following KPI’s of the production plants and requesting necessary actions regarding overtime, turnover, operator hiring, labour efficiency, stock days, total output, etc.
