After just 3 weeks of employment I was able to start my CYP Level 2 qualification, which I have now successfully completed. My duties in this role include helping the children with their learning, play, educational and social development, as well as organising daily schedules, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring all childcare administration work is up to date.

In June 2014, I joined The Marketing Practice as an Inside Sales Representative. The Marketing Practice is an external agency for Atos. I was responsible for the German market and worked directly with the Sales Account Manager and Marketing Manager in Germany. I was tasked with calling customers on behalf of Atos to arrange meetings for the Sales Account Managers. This was my final role in a telesales / telemarketing function, before leaving to pursue alternative career paths.

In May 2014, I joined Websense as a New Business Associate at Websense. I was responsible for the DACH region. My responsibilities included: meeting certain number of opportunities a month, 60+ outbound phone calls a day, as well as managing and tracking leads in the lead database through SFDC.

Germany Telemarketing Executive calling into the DACH region on behalf of Oracle and EMC. After just 2 months I was offered a permanent contract and began to call in English as well. I was later promoted into the role of Senior Telemarketing Executive in June 2013, and my responsibilities broadened.
