Provide insightful and meaningful commentary related to main sales KPIs, based on analysis and evaluation of figures, data and facts, focusing on deviations from Budget / FC Coordination, support and control sales KPIs planning within the Budget, Forecasts and LTP Report to Local and Group Management, as well as to External clients

Create and maintain regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management (sales, transactions, volume, margins, average basket, items per transaction) Participation in planning processes (Budget, FC, LTP) and big projects relevant to the determination and implementation of business strategies Monitor of all KPIs for retail and wholesale – focusing on the comparison versus Bgt, Fc and LY Follow up of macroeconomic trends, market research and analysis figures and data

Working with big data basis, creating reports and visual explanation of achievements. Research of competition through many ways, ie MEMRB and Nielsen data. Participation in launching new store formats and following their achievement

- control and cost analysis / management reporting - cooperation in development of short-term and long-term plans - Business case analysis (scenarios) for new product - Market and competition analysis (MEMRB, PGM, AGB) - cooperation in marketing events organization

- Invoicing in retail, wholesale and Services - calculations, price leveling - payment system operation in domestic and foreign currency accounts - balance sheet preparation
