The TARGET Executive Search Group is an international headhunting and recruitment firm with 7 regional offices in the Central and Eastern European countries. Tasks: - managing, updating and expanding the company’s databasem - dealing with screening the market and identifying candidates via direct search, - creating job descriptions and advertisements, - organizing interviews, - fulfilling administration tasks in connection with recruitment processes.

Tasks: - full administration on human resource projects of the Robert Bosch Electronic Ltd. and the UPC Hungary Ltd. - responsibility for the recruitment of student- and full-time employees, - responsibility for the coordination of the staff, assigning tasks and assignments of implementation, - preparation of the wages, the pay-sheet, the cost summary, the expense report and making invoices.
