-Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and prioritize correspondence, and do the follow-ups; -Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information; -Coordinate travel arrangements, plan logistics, and submit expense reports; -Scheduled press conferences and other communication with the media; -Supported the Party officials in implementing campaigns during eight elections; -Organized seminars and round tables and prepared promotional material.
