During my six-month internship at the Center for Translational Research in Aging and Longevity (CTRAL) at Texas A&M University (USA), I was involved in clinical and laboratory research on the metabolic and functional effects of nutritional modulation in older adults with and without chronic disease.

As part of the EIT Food Solution Project "Food for elderly", I worked with a multidisciplinary and international team to develop an age-appropriate novel food product that is tailored to the specific metabolic needs of seniors while also being afforable.
