weiher partners is an independent consulting boutique aiming at contributing to a higher share of women in upper echelon positions. We provide consulting services in the fields of strategy, organization and people management, assisting companies in understanding, building, developing, and managing their talent base and foster an optimal use of diverse and complementary forces. Through targeted programs, such as the Board Mentoring Program, we support talented female executives in their development.

Heading the Global Controlling and Treasury Unit, with approximately 200 people in 15 countries and a budget of over CHF 40m. Supported the business in defining and executing the strategy and implementing several reorganizations as part of the UBS transformation process.

Leading approximately 300 people in 17 locations with a budget of over CHF 50m. Drove several change programs, transforming the organization from a highly decentralized to a centralized reporting approach with internationally aligned controlling standards. Developed the controlling function to a strategic partner of the business, substantially increasing understanding of financials and key business drivers.

Leading the Management Support function for the CEO, covering three areas: strategic analysis, internal communication, and community affairs. Completely redesigned the function in terms of structure, profile and size.

Leading the Business Strategy team, responsible for the Group's planning process and major strategic projects.
