To maintain Inventory level in such a way to avoid OOS and Overstock situations by closely working with dispatches and sales team Placing the firm orders and planning future demands based on the given sales forecast and current stock Address demand related queries and issues in a timely manner Processing of supplier queries for inquiries and orders Identify potential issues and recommend action plans in S&OP Meetings To prepare weekly reports to have a clear picture on current stock and sales

Responsible for: -Analysis of today's logistic set-up of SMA India -Identifying the alternative warehousing and distribution network -Improving customer service level while reducing the supply chain costs -Support the Global logistics team to evaluate the service providers -Identifying the needs of subsidiary and their customers and -Identification of problems in current supply chain and suggesting the alternative solutions for the betterment of company and customers

Responsible for: -Analysis of today's logistics structure -Identification of Warehouse data -Research of emerging logistics market and identification of potential 3PL service providers -Preparation of Tendering document for Distribution and Warehousing
