I lead 3 different practices at Prodapt, a technology firm singularly focused on connectedness sector. These include Early Careers hiring, Gig Ecosystem design and DEI. My role is uniquely challenging, as it involves getting all these three practices from ‘Zero to One’ phase of growth. My role involves setting up initial crack teams to launch the talent fulfilment programs (Campus and Gig hiring) and also creating a culture of awareness and accountability in the space of diversity, equity and inclusion.
