• Handle the making and mixing operations of the new plant with all its related KPIs (safety, quality, cost and organization) • Lead a team of technicians operating around 3 shifts • Achieve the safety and quality targets. • Manage the budget for the Mixing Operation department • Receive the production plan from the Planning Department and the raw material from the Warehouse to translate this plan into a making operation to produce the liquid detergent

• Achieving targets (production and changeovers) • Review daily reports through shifts • Achieving production plan according to the annual operation plan according to daily plan with logistics • Distributing quantities and brands among Lines. • Leading the whole team through training and instructions • Applying food safety & hygiene standard & to ensure the personal and equipment safety •Delivering new hires orientation and training • Minimizing cost • Insuring the quality & the food safety of the product
