Responsible to provide HR Generalist support to various functions, including Sales, Network Solution & Delivery, Digital Services organization. Currently based in Japan, previously worked in Bangladesh.

The 2nd leading telecom operator in Bangladesh, worked as HR Business Partner for the largest function, Technology, and was responsible for deliverance of the overall HR agenda with professionalism and quality, always keeping an ear out towards the business. Identified as a Talent in the Robi Accelerated Development Program (RADP) as a recognition of strong performance.

I started my career in this multinational Paint Manufacturing company in Bangladesh and worked as the SPOC for HR function, with extensive exposure in selection process, payroll, performance management, employee relations and learning programs. Key achievements include successful implementation of SAP Human Capital Management Module.
