Worked on development of mobile apps iOS and Android with online stores with consumer electronics and household appliances. Successfully delivered 2 huge and challenging projects with 30 FTEs and 6+ month duration. Drove implementation of a Scrum framework across teams and across the company. Took a problematic crisis project and led it to successful completion through applying appropriate processes, finding an approach for all stakeholders, and motivating team members.

Contributed to digitalization of government services for citizens and entrepreneurs via creation of mobile apps iOS and Android. Launched a new mobile app for entrepreneurs, developed services for citizens for online checking and paying debts, taxes, and fines, created a new usable personal account and a lot of other services. Managed projects with 15 FTEs and 6+ month duration.
