IMS architect in major data center transformation and consolidation project (Nokia/NSN data center separation - scope 1500+ physical servers). Coding work: Designed & created service management software that integrated 6 ITSM tools to a single informative web UI with multiple customized built-in reporting screens to simplify service delivery efforts.
