Directly working with Customer account teams and customers for better customer experience. Manager Product Quality, Delivery Quality, Reliability Quality, and Quality Planning in Products for Global Customer base. Monitoring and reporting appropriate metrics that track our continuous improvements in quality. Creating a cross-functional, collaborative working approach to addressing customer quality concerns. Recommending and implementing changes to quality assurance procedures.

-Provide Leadership role in Customer Service /After Sale Service keeping both customer and interested parties within company target and directives. -Manage Customer Service and After sale quality Problems/escalations in highly complex global network of internal teams and Customers (E.g LG/Samsung/Foxxcon/Flex/Lenovo/Dell etc) -Monitor overall Product quality and after sale support for assigned products and provide regular update/reports to client/Internal stakeholder and management.

Manager after sales quality status and follow up quality issues by working closely and effectively with India local after sales team and R&D team in Beijing.  To establish overseas mobile phone product quality assurance plan and product quality target, to develop and standardize quality control process in design phase.  Quality status following up in design phase, being responsible for hardware, mechanical, manufacturing related quality, driving resolution for quality issue to meet quality target.

Functional ownership in managing Quality Management areas of Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, Product Quality, Reliability Quality , Process Quality & Supplier Selection & Management.Using following process and tools for fullfiling the objectives :-Advance Quality Planning -Incoming Quality -Variant and Change Management-DFM/DFFA/DSN Set-up -Manufacturing Efficiency -CAPA/8D/FMEA -QA Assessment, Qualification
