-Follow-up, development and implantation of new projects and systems for process optimization and control; -Issuance and control of documents for process, quality system and continuous improvement; -Participation in the spread of Lean Manufacturing, Internal audit, 5S program and WCM programs within the unit; -Interface with the Production, Quality, Engineering and Projects areas, aiming at reducing the annual cost by 3%, -Development and management of the efficiency of the Kaizen program in the plant;

During my two years in Cork, Ireland, I significantly improved my language skills and went from A2 to C1 level in English. In addition to language proficiency, I developed skills such as adaptability, teamwork and proactivity in living in a multicultural environment. The experience of traveling through 13 countries gave me a global perspective and the ability to communicate effectively with people from different cultures.
