Operation of Advanced analytical instruments including XRF, Gas chromatograph, Calorimeter, Photometer for Sample analysis. - Planning, implementation, and documentation of chemical analysis. - Ensured proper performance of laboratory instrumentation by routine calibrations and preventive maintenance. - Specialist for chemicals disposal tours-responsible for the correct declaration of waste and packaging. - Preparation and control of exit protocol for waste meant to be transported to final disposal company.

• Analysis of raw water, treated water, syrup, preforms, blown pet, mojoniers mixing bowls & beverages. • Treatment of water by chlorination and reaction method, filtration of water using sand filters, carbon filters, micron polishers & UV radiation of water • Effluent treatment using magnofloq, HCl, caustic, chlorine, aerobic film (aerobic microbs), corrugated plates separator and carbon filter • Preparation of chemical reagents in chemistry laboratory like NaOH, phenolphthalein, methylene blue, EDTA etc.

Perform chemical testing of intermediate and finished drug products. Perform analysis using HPLC, UV/VIS spectrophotometer and other relevant technique required. Perform sample preparation for HPLC, UV spectroscopy. Execute work in accordance with laboratory schedule and customer requirements. Provide daily feedback on performance to the Quality Control Manager. Evaluate O0S (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) reports, corrective and preventive actions are initiated.

Area of interest : Material synthesis and product development, characterization and testing, material processing, composite and other innovative materials. Familiar with characterization methods: DSC, AFM, XRD, SEM etc, surface technology, coating technology.
