As SVP Product I'm responsible for the global Product & Engineering Organisation (~100 employees) and the product portfolio across all F24 businesses. I‘m co-leading the Business Unit „Emergency Notification & Crisis Management“ (P&L responsibility). Considerable revenue increase, margin improvement and R&D cost reduction (in % of revenue) achieved.

New Digital Business set-up and initial operating measures implemented: Strategy & Business models developed, M&A target scouting and activities in the fields of IT Security and Data Analytics/AI, External partner network established, Digital Venture Forum organized (selection/presentation of 10 start ups), Organization and recruiting concept developed, Innovation projects initiated. TÜV SÜD innovation award achieved. Board decision to establish a CoC Digital Services on group level initiated.

Lead and overall responsibility of international strategy projects for several TÜV SÜD businesses/industries: Renewable & Conventional Energies, Real Estate & Infrastructure, Medical Devices, Food, Digital Service/IT. Member of Group M&A Committee. Drive Group strategy process. Trainer for Executive Strategy Program of 16 business lines in Greater China.
