- Forecast monthly/quarterly/yearly material cost and coordinate with internal teams to calculate the material cost of Finished goods - Collaborate with procurement teams to evaluate supplier quotes, negotiate pricing terms/payment terms and choose cost-effective vendors. - Collaborated with cross-functional teams to manage cost aspects of various projects, to ensure effective cost control and optimize financial performance. - Report the Finished Goods cost to the Board of Directors.

- Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects including food and beverage preparation, customer service, and cleanliness. - Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that all patrons receive a positive and memorable experience. - Monitor and analyze sales data for revenue growth ,cost optimization and inventory management.
