- Leading the On-Trade business development team of southern Germany (11 Sales Reps) - Coaching & development of sales reps - Budget compliance to reach ambitious growth targets (bottom and top line) - Monitoring sales performance and additional tactical KPIs - Development of WHS trade programs to ensure route-to-market strategy is executed - Developing trade executions and brand visibility materials in collaboration with trade marketing to ensure implementation, activation and execution of focus brands
