AIR POLLUTION CONTROL: Coordinated and controlled engineering interfaces between cross-functional team members and external partners handling: layout, mechanical, civil, process, electrical, instrumentation & control, QA/QC, installation and logistics. Also initiated and continuously improved engineering specifications, standards, and guidelines for both equipment and systems to decrease costs and improve organizational efficiency.

Developed a comprehensive framework for the company outlining all strategic steps to follow when sourcing mechanical equipment in low-cost countries, particularly in China. Evaluated new potential suppliers and made recommendations to the company. Two EPC projects supplying four flue gas cleaning plants - coal-fired power stations, Tocopilla / Ventanas, Chile (€100M order value) • Responsible for sourcing mechanical power plant equipment in low-cost countries (purchase order value $1M)

• Managed the data processing program for a wet limestone flue gas desulfurization plant in Germany including the current world largest wet scrubber • Performed and directed project documentation
