- Advising clients onsite on process improvements, SOL ID’s, FTE sizing, Process mapping in Visio - Month and quarter end closing and reporting, Cash flow and DSO Controlling, Bad Debt Provisioning - Achieving KPIs / SLAs contractually agreed with the customer - Analyzing data and trends, implementing projects for continuous improvement based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies

• Mentoring and training up junior and new staff • Monitoring & reporting on standards & monthly KPI’s • Working with the sales and marketing team to drive sales forward

• KPI monitoring and analysing on a daily basis to evaluate the efficiency of the team and service improvements • Month and quarter end closing and reporting, Cash flow and DSO Controlling, Bad Debt Provisioning • Ensuring that the team follows established procedures for each service request
