Managed a global IT outsourcing transformation program to integrate T-Systems' largest global customer ($1b+ contract). It delivered global process and tools integration for the ITIL support process in a multi-supplier setting.
Managed Project Services Practice and Solution Consulting in Switzerland. Delivered 100+ projects and even a larger number of offerings for new and captive business. Personally delivered a key transformation project for its largest customer.
Managed an IT project portfolio of 15+ parallel IT projects. Key projects delivered personally were the implementation of a real-time railway information system and the consolidation and harmonization of a large outsourcing contract from over 1700 SLAs to 60 IT key services.
One of the key projects was a service management transformation which centralized the IT support for a customer with 12'000+ IT users.

At UBS I worked in different position. As a scientific staff member at the UBS Information Technology Lab I developed the first advanced telephone banking systems in Switzerland using speech recognition. At UBS in Hong Kong introduced various Lotus Notes service regionally, updated the regional IT strategy and conducted IT improvement projects. Finally, I managed the regional brokerage settlement system.
