Thomas Mcmann

Coach of the Under 18's rugby team, helping develop their rugby skills and knowledge of the game. I work with different characters and their strengths and weaknesses to create a productive and prosperous environment for the players to developed and enjoy.

Serve as part of the Community Coaching Team, this involves setting up rugby camps and leading match night activities. I have previously helped out with student marketing which progressed from my project I conducted while I was on a work placement.

As a Group Leader my role was managerial being responsible for 10 to 15 members of staff as well as a division of 30 to 40 children. My organisational skills were key to being successful in this role. I worked as part of a team from all over the world as a group leader which taught me about working with various cultures. Providing sound guidance, leadership and motivation to ensure the Camp experience was fulfilling for the campers.
