As assistant to the General Management for Lenze, a specialist in Motion Centric Automation, the role covers all classical project management skills and abilities to relocate a small-size motor production plant for servo motors. This includes a factory planning project, insourcing activities, SC-network optimization as well as a pilot project for supplier partnerships.

As in-house consultant for Lenze, the role implies the responsibility to coordinate, analyze, design and recommend solutions to the Management Board. This includes the management of international factory and layout planning projects, the coordination of LeanManagement and Operational Excellence activities and the application of leadership practices to change organizational paradigms.

The purpose of the role was to coordinate and implement Lean Management practices within electronics and logistics. This includes the assistance in layout planning projects as well as the implementation of all relevant Lean tools like Milkrun, e-Kanban, VSM, SFM and SMED to improve operational performance.
