    Investigating T cell abnormalities and its impact on anti-tumor immune responses and clonal evolution with the ultimate goal of improving immune therapy treatment options and to deepen our understanding of immune editing strategies in CLL. Methodologically, I am strongly focusing on various NGS approaches (WES, focused enrichment Seq, amplicon Seq, RNA-Seq, cfDNA Seq and single-cell Seq) as well as on flow cytometric (including CyTOF) analysis.
