I execute long term projects and short term projects in parallel; for fine chemicals, pharma, F&F and bulk chemistry. I am working in an interdisciplinary environment, being involved in idea generation, proof of principle studies, process optimizations and range studies at lab scale, scaling-up to pilot plant & finally doing tech transfer. I am designing, executing and evaluating the experiments and structurally optimizing the process, discussing & presenting in our expert groups & reporting to the client.

I started as an intern and did my Diplom (master) thesis in the biotechnology group. Then a permanent contract and bimolecular work such as transformations, cloning and cell expression (bacteria and yeast). I executed enzyme screenings on MTP scale. The best enzyme(s), I scaled typically up to pH stat scale (30ml) optimizeing reaction conditions, followed by scale up to 1L where typically reference material for the costumer was produced. 2017 a spin out of DSM was performed where InnoSyn B.V. was released
