As Chief Operating Officer, I lead the company's overall operations across Procurement, Project and Key Account Management, Production Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics. As Senior Vice President Supply Chain and Interim CEO, I held executive responsibility during a major transformation phase. I led the M&A process and the successful sale of the company, implemented restructuring measures to improve profitability and optimized working capital through a significant reduction of inventory and WIP.

Led the international Supply Chain and Logistics organization and served as the key interface between four global production entities and Sales. Focused on ensuring supply reliability, resolving delivery bottlenecks and improving coordination across manufacturing, logistics and customer demand.

Led Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse and Production Planning and drove the reorganization of the Supply Chain organization. Optimized core processes, implemented cost reduction programs and strengthened operational efficiency, transparency and competitiveness.

Responsible for strategic sourcing and commodity management for PCBs and laminate materials. Developed sourcing strategies, managed key suppliers and Make-or-Buy decisions, and delivered sustainable cost reductions while ensuring supply security and competitiveness.

Managed the strategic development of the PCB commodity group, including sourcing strategy, supplier management and commercial negotiations. Expanded and diversified the global supplier base by successfully introducing key suppliers in China, Singapore and Thailand, strengthening competitiveness and supply resilience.
