Responsible for the Linde Group IT solution architecture (SAP and NON-SAP) of all Enterprise applications supporting the processes in Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement and Healthcare. Responsible for the overall IT Strategy, for the governance of Cyber Security, including risk-management, policy definition (ISO 2700x/NIST) and processes implementation across the Linde Group. Responsibility for a Team of more than 20 internal IT professionals (DE, UK, IN, SK).

Responsible for the Linde Group Application Architecture (SAP and NON-SAP) of all Enterprise Applications supporting the processes in Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement and Healthcare. Overall Responsibility for a Team of 6 internal IT professionals.

Accountable to manage a global team ( 50 internal specialists and 40 contractors - Germany, Scandinavia, UK, India) that provides SAP application services to the regional Linde business across a broad range of SAP modules (HR, FI, AM, CO, TV, MM, LO, SD, LE, PP, PM, PS, QM, EH&S, BW, SRM, CRM, APO, GTS). Provide SAP application design governance and strategy across the team and engaged consulting companies.

Accountable to build up a team for operations and rollout of a central European SAP- and OpenText template solution, which results in 40 FTE’s (DE, IN) and a variable number of consultants. Responsible for configuration and implementation of the European SAP R/3 solution and rollout into 8 European countries. Responsible for the incident-, problem and change-management as a SAP Customer Competence Centre (SAP certified) for around 7.000 end users across rolled out countries.
