Responsible for the management of the global reinsurance finance & operations function in three hubs (Zurich, Chicago, Bermuda) and the development and implementation of the group reinsurance finance business model. Led approx. 100 people located in Europe, US, Bermuda. Accountable for all finance processes and platforms managing the global reporting process of approx. USD 1.5 Billion of treaty and spend across Property & Casualty segment (General insurance) and over USD 20bn of reinsurance assets.

Project lead in building up a group wide Corporate Controlling structure for an international Primary Insurance Company based in Germany - Munich Establishing and leading a Center of competence for Financial Controlling Development of a service module for Corporate Controlling for Insurance companies

Set up and maintenance of the project structure and governance for a group wide cost saving project Controlling on Group level for two Business Divisions Monthly and quarterly reporting on the basis of a company owned net present value model in favor of the Group Executive Board and the Board of Directors Planning and Forecasting process for two Business Divisions Analysis and internal commenting of monthly and quarterly financial statements of Group companie
