Founding member and leader of the Marketplace Same-Day Delivery program at Amazon.com. We build processes and systems to enable merchants to deliver their items to customers on the same day.

Manager of buying team and responsible for supplier relationships and assortment of a billion dollar business. My objectives included sustaining fast revenue growth and improving profitability.

As owner of the Central Coast of California territory my challenge was to initiate contact with and sign up the wineries in that geography to Amazon’s new wine platform.

As the owner of CreateSpace’s video and audio content relations I managed the teams for post-production, digitization and member services. Under my leadership CreateSpace published over 35,000 new DVD & CD titles, a fifteen-fold increase of our catalog.

As outsourcing manager I owned Amazon’s partnership with NCO Group which operated a large onshore call center for customers of Amazon.com and Target.com.

As a program and project manager I directed an outsourced call center and warehouse operation for Microsoft’s education division. This entailed managing a call center team of 30 and a $5M P&L.
