2D/3D Mechanical design of tobacco industry equipment. Process equipment, tobacco conveying equipment. Detailed design and documentation (workshop-drawings, parts lists) of belt conveyors, drying, conditioning and saucing machines according to customers’ needs, support the workshop, keep contact with suppliers and our mother company (Hauni Maschinenbau GmbH) in Hamburg/Germany.

Design and Installations of gas turbine based power plant of 13MWe. As Mechanical Project Engineer I was responsible for coordinating the design and process development works of this combined cycle CHP power plant. Main equipment: - 2 x 6MW Gas Turbine (Centrax KB7) - 1 MW steam turbine (Peter Brotherhood) - Steam and cooling water system - Absorption chillers of 2 MW - 2 MW Absorptionskältemaschinen

My responsibilities: process investigation and optimization, I have prepared a study how to adopt the EU CHP Power Generation regulations in the power plants of the group. I took part as junior project engineer in technology modification projects like feasibility study of new oil storage tanks, feasibility study of implementing additional power plant gas boilers and connecting to the existing district heating system.

My responsibility was to manage the maintenance works of the boiler and steam system of the power plant. - Analyzing the technical status of the system (measures, analysis). - Designing the yearly maintenance plan. - Making the Call for Tender, choosing the suppliers, preparing contracts. - Preparing the time schedule, coordinating and supervise the maintenance works on site. - Responsibility for keeping the budget, time schedules, contractual parameters.

- Taking part of preparing the maintenance plans for the nuclear reactor system. - Coordinating the site maintenance works of the nuclear reactor system.
