Key responsibility: Lean Management on group level Implemented projects: Interdisciplinary lean projects in our European sites to increase the efficiency in production, planning and supply chain management Implementation of a performance dashboard for all European sites in terms of: output, OEE, delivery reliability and costs Installation of cloud-based MES applications to increase efficiency and to digitalise workflows

Key responsibilities: Lean Production and Project Management (KATA coaching) Implemented projects: Layout optimization of various production areas into one production center whereby 75% of the entire volume is produced more efficient and with less inventory Execution of KATA coaching in all production areas

Key responsibilities: Lean Production and Lean Administration Implemented projects: • Conduct of Value Stream Design of most important products • Implementation of Shopfloor Management with integrated problem solving • Optimization of the entire purchase process • Development and implementation of a suggestion scheme for all employees
