As Project Manager for the Loan IQ project at Nordea, I am responsible for leading three teams working on two country implementations and an upgrade project.

Various products in Loan IQ: export project finance loans, retail loans, guarantees, subsidized loans, automated loans, non-performing loans, etc… 2. Batch driven interface solutions 3. Real time interface solutions using Loan IQ event manager: treasury, notices towards customers, P/L reporting, payments etc …

In the context of the system integration between BNPP and BNPP Fortis, BNPP has decided to harmonize their accounting systems. The goal of the tactical OFS project is to interface all BNPP Fortis applications to the accounting system of BNPP. This will enable the decommissioning of the BNPP Fortis accounting systems.

Accenture consultant on the Inbev project, i collaborated to get an integrated SAP system up and running in 14 European countries. This system was composed of R/3, CRM, SRM and a variaty of legacy systems.
