My duties are: - answer inbound phone calls and reply for emails - prepare quotation based on the patient's needs - contact them and keep contact via phone and emails( always make a positive impression) - organise their dental visit to Budapest( including: flight and hotel booking, book their appointments,give them all the necessary information)

Duties: - Provide information for clients and partner offices - Reservation of accommodation and other services in Eurpe for japanese group and individual visitors - Database management and administrative activities - Communication via emails and phone calls
