Active involvement in Cash ECM & Equity-Linked transactions, including origination, structuring, valuation and execution. Selected Cash deals: Senvion (€271m IPO), Scout24 (€1.0bn IPO), ADO Properties (€415m IPO), Vonovia (€2.25bn Rights Issue & €451m Primary Placing), BUWOG (€660m Spin-Off). Selected Convertible Bond deals: Gagfah (€375m), Qiagen ($730m), Nokia (€750m), Siemens ($3.0bn).

Covered German clients on the Equity Derivative product and started to take over client relationships and responsibility of various accounts. Gained sales-trading expertise, handling requests from inquiry through pricing and trading to post-trade processing. Generated trade ideas via various screening tools and through collaboration with trading and research.

Co-developed Key Clients business model through competitor analysis and client-segmentation. Actively assisted in setting up the Private Institutional Client (PIC) Desk London, a PWM/ Global Markets JV targeted at premier private client segment. Co-defined PIC Key Operating Procedures and supported on-boarding of initial clients. Compiled DB 'Senior Management Conference' presentation for Global Head of PWM.

Co-designed performance reporting system and proposed means for increasing client profitability. Benchmarked PWM’s KPI development, thereby driving global cost-cutting initiative in 2007. Conducted initial analyses of PWM M&A targets, one of them resulting in €500m UK acquisition.
